ResearchPool launches Powered Boutique with Invest Securities licensing agreement

ResearchPool has built and will maintain the website for Invest Securities to distribute investment research to their clients.  The broker to align its practices with MiFID 2 whilst benefiting from 3 years of technological advancement from ResearchPool.

ResearchPool, the leading global digital platform for investment research, has signed a new partnership with Invest Securities, the independent French intermediation company with expertise in brokerage, analysis office, issuers department.

Invest Securities and ResearchPool have agreed on a partnership to offer investment companies with a state of the art, MiFID 2-compliant solution to access reports and analysts.  Invest Securities will also distribute exclusively its research on for non-clients.

Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) is the European Union regulation of the financial markets seeking to improve competitiveness of the European financial markets by creating a single market for investment services and activities and to ensure a high degree of harmonised protection for investors in financial instruments.

The Directive and its correlated Regulation (MiFIR) have been implemented on 3.01.2018, targeting to mitigate conflicts of interest between buy side and their own clients. The regulator demands notably that financial research is paid for separately from trading commissions by professional investors.

The directive is applicable for all market participants with clients in Europe.
